As a fiber user, I would have probably started with Optifiber, but I did not live near a Costco when I started. As a consumer, I found that fiber changed my life, and Optifiber is my favorite fiber on the market. As far as I know, you have to give it a little bit of time. At the start of the day, I switch several scoops of the powder with ice water in a 10oz water bottle and use it 15 minutes is all it takes for it to dissolve I would watch it in max a couple days from now if I had It tastes and looks perfect after shaking it really well, and there is only a tiny taste and color left since I put so much in there. The one scoop means that I don't have any problems with 10 oz. My previous experiences with dissolveable helpers didn't work out for me. I love how well this product dissolves and how it doesn't taste yucky.
