This would be so much better if I could buy it This stuff is wonderful to me. While changing my eating habits, it is sometimes a struggle not to give in to temptation when I am a lot of liquid may help you feel full, but adding this to your drink is even better, since it has fiber. There is no taste to it, so you can use it with The amount of teaspoon I add to nearly everything I drink is about a teaspoon. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about it turning into a gloopy, undrinkable mess in the afternoon because I can put it into a canteen in the morning.

I really like this product. Despite mixing well, it dissolves quickly and contains no taste. Having a full stomach allows me to feel full for longer, so I am less likely to have between-meal snacks.
