I did a bad thing. Don't do it. Although I was desperate, I badly wanted to replace my 40 mg (2 pills per day) generic high blood pressure medication with something that was more natural. I think that works. The following is my review of several different brands that work for lowering blood pressure without medication that I looked into extensively before buying them. BEET ROOT CAPSULES were my go-to supplement for about a month before I was brave enough to drop a pill. That's right, I stopped taking my prescribed medication 20 mg! My experience may not be the same as yours, but it worked You may want to talk to your doctor if your doctor accepts alternative medications.
