It has a great flavor. Another person suggested getting this flavor instead of the Align women's probiotic, and I agree that it tastes much better. ALSO, BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO POO. A LOT. I understand that everyone's body is different, but I usually poop at the same time every day. 2 hours after taking the recommended serving size of 2 gummies. And I'm constantly gassy now, but not stinky. At the very least, I'm consistent, and my feces have a nice texture, not too hard or too liquidy. Gas or bloating may occur, according to the label, and the dosage should be reduced. I've used probiotics in the past and found that the majority of them are effective. This is not the case. The majority of people who take probiotics do so because they have digestive issues, so adding the discomfort of this product to their IBS isn't ideal. I still have 3/4 of a bottle, but I would not recommend it or buy it again. Please understand that I am not trying to offend you. spirited merely an unvarnished assessment of my own experience.

Do not be hesitant! For a while now, I've been taking these. I've dabbled in other things now and then. simply to try new products and keep returning. Great for digestion, aids in the recovery from any illness, and greatly aids in the loss of belly fat and weight. A large stomach is something that no one wants. It's usually caused by a sluggish metabolism, constipation, and gas, which, when combined with a poor diet, insufficient water, and lack of exercise, makes losing belly fat nearly impossible. I'm always hesitant to use probiotics because they're so costly, but this stuff really works. The gummies have an unpleasant smell at first, but they have a pleasant taste. I've had IBS and autoimmune issues my entire life, so the fact that this actually works to keep me more regular is a huge plus for me.

Make an effort to be consistent. I take the Align probiotic on a regular basis and really enjoy it. Everything about it, including the flavor. As a result, I chose to try the one geared toward women's health. It's not the same at all! And it tastes awful! That one is a no-no. Keep it simple and stick to the original flavor. Those are excellent!.

Celiac disease affects my Down syndrome son. Even though he eats a gluten-free diet, he still suffers from severe diarrhea on a regular basis. Since he was a baby, I've had to deal with this. He has now reached the age of seventeen. Last year, we tried this product, and it worked wonders for him. His BMs are now firmer, allowing him to better control them and reduce the number of accidents. He rarely complains about stomach pains unless he eats something that contains gluten, in which case we give him extra of these and he feels better. I give him a daily regimen of two at night and one in the morning, with an extra dose if his BM is acting up. If it's a particularly bad case of gluten intolerance, I'll give two at lunch. This is way too expensive; a typical family would not be able to afford it. However, if it works, we have no choice but to treat it as a RX. We set aside money for RXs, so that's the only way I'll be able to purchase one. Every month, we have to purchase at least two bottles. It'll help if you can afford it. I believe that lowering the price would result in more people purchasing it, more than making up for the price drop.
