Well, as the old adage goes, it went over like a fart in church this past Sunday. When my 5-year-old started throwing up, I opened a capsule and poured it into a glass of water for him to take small sips from with a straw after kids at his elementary school started getting sick this year. After that, he did not vomit. My 10-month-old daughter began vomiting a couple of days later. I don't drink enough to get hangovers, but I've noticed that when I drink red wine (especially unfiltered red wine), I often wake up with a headache. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone because there is conflicting information, but I've found that taking a couple capsules before drinking red wine prevents me from getting a headache the next morning.
