The problem is. You can get a headache from MSM if you are sulfite sensitive. It works! A bit! I have been feeling better and better by the end of two months. As everything else worsened, so did everything else. In the past week, I have been experiencing daily headaches that started with stiff necks and grew in intensity as they crept up my backside. There is a worsening fog in the brain. It is so easy to forget to take dietary supplements, which is why I had no idea that this supplement could cause headaches until I forgot to take it on vacation.
