This is a review for 100 capsules filled with organic Sarsaparilla root with 1000 mg of perservatives I'd been using milk thistle for a couple of weeks to great effect, but when I took these, I found that the effect was much more pronounced. I think they work in different ways that complement each other. In addition to taking both every day, I also practice meditation. In fact, I am certain that my body is better at eliminating toxins because after doing a cleanse that makes a lot of people ill, I only felt a little bit unwell for a day or two. There's no doubt in my mind that my liver is healthier than it used to be.
