Who makes them? Where do they come from?

Originally from North Dakota, Swanson is currently based in California. I am not sure how much more there is to it. Their supplements have never caused me any problems.

Can you tell me how big the pill/capsule is?

Its size is about the same as a contac cold pill, or a Tylenol extra strength capsule, not huge.

Since I've been taking it for a few days, it seems to have gotten rid of my tension headaches. If you have a deficiency in vitamin B2 this is one of the pills I recommend.
