On the NOW product website, this item does use "bovine gelatin", as of January 2020. I emailed the company and requested that this change take place. I cannot consume that ingredient since I am a vegan.
gel caps in the shape of footballs, and they are very simple It's not a capsule, more of a small gelcap shaped like a fooball, which can be swallowed easily.

Even though the ingredients in this product are excellent, I could not read the instructions on the label that tell the frequency and quantity of use of the product. The sticky, non-sticky product was difficult to use. 1) I suggest that the label is unnecessary. Specifically, all the information is already on the label of the original bottle. There is ample space to place a barcode on the bottle between the existing labels, if the manufacturer insists that one is needed - Rather than covering the direction, just not doing it.
