The product was delivered in expired condition, and all 240 softgels were delivered in one piece. This was a terrible purchase and an even worse experience.
I thought it smelled a little rancid, but I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination, and I needed it, so I took it for a week or so. I'm not sure what else to say except that it made me gag a little. This wasn't ordinary reflux; it was something else entirely, and it was extremely unpleasant. Furthermore, these did not appear to be working. This one was recommended by Amazon because the one I usually use is currently out of stock. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Mine, like everyone else's, arrived clumped together. a large clump of pills In addition, I was not notified when my order arrived, which is inconvenient in the heat. To get them to break up, I had to put them in the freezer and beat the hell out of the bottle. To keep them from sticking, I sprayed the bottle with corn starch. I'm not sure how good the pills are yet, but I'd rather pay a little extra to avoid worrying about the product's integrity.
The pills are all stuck together and can't be separated, so they can't be used.
I ordered these and they arrived as one large lump of jelly. I was able to separate some of them, but there was still a lump. I sent an email to Puritan Pride and have yet to hear back. This is not my first order, but it is my first complaint.
Before purchasing any supplements, conduct research (not on homeopathic blogs). I did my best, and there appears to be some support for this one in terms of regulating high blood pressure. I take it at the same time as a garlic supplement from the same company, because the evidence is similar. I'm not a doctor, so I can't give you advice, but before you spend money on snake oil supplements, do some research. In combination with some nightly breathing exercises, this regimen appears to have reduced my blood pressure by several points.
