Selected User Reviews For PQQ Supplement - 20mg, 60 Capsules (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) Promotes Mitochondria ATP Coenzyme Levels, Energy Optimizer and Sleep Quality Support by Double Wood Supplements
I started taking this product after being prescribed antibiotics for a lung infection last year. I have no complaints about it. This antibiotic comes with a lot of negative consequences. The destruction of mitochondria in your muscles is one example. My leg was beginning to show signs of deterioration. After researching the possible causes, I decided to purchase PQQ in order to fix the problem. I'm almost back in shape after just one bottle. For me, it was successful. Thank You.
Pqq has been in my system for about 14 days now. I've tried a lot of nootropics and supplements, but this is the first time I've tried this one, or any other supplement that claims to boost mitochondrial function. Overall, it appeals to me. I've noticed a small boost in mental energy and self-confidence. consciousness When you're taking multiple supplements, it can be difficult to pinpoint specific benefits, but since adding this, I've noticed a smoother mental focus. I started with one capsule per day and gradually increased to two capsules per day, and I believe that the two separate doses are giving me better results. I'm not sure if the dough should be moved or increased, but I think it's fine as it is.
I was still tired despite not sleeping well (getting into deep sleep). Before I drink my coffee, I take one capsule. I've been doing this for a little over a month now, and I believe it's helping me feel better. I'd say I'm currently functioning at a rate of 2098%. br>br>Psssssssssssssssssssssss I also included liposomal vitamin C in the mix.
Now I'm following through on my promise! No, even as my depression began to lift, I never felt much better. I think I received a three-star rating. for- Doublewood gave me one deal, and I got about four months out of it. I restarted antidepressants later in the year, but I recently stopped because I've lost faith in psychiatrists and my current internist as well. I wish I had the financial means to seek out a therapist with whom I could discuss supplement use and receive feedback, but I'm forced to rely on my own resources. Trying out new ideas The medical system in the United States is rife with corruption and inefficiency. "Medicare for All" is a fantastic concept, but I already have Medicare and doctors are unwilling to assist me. I feel bad for the professionals who have to deal with Covid19, but if you're not infected, it's probably best to stay away from them. br>I've seen dozens of reviews that claim to be updated but never are. I'm hoping to break the cycle, try something new, and actually update. I've been taking it for about a month, and the last few weeks I've been taking two capsules in the morning instead of one. Unfortunately, I was struck by a severe case of winter depression, making it difficult to assess the effects. There were no adverse effects that I noticed. I was already aware that mitochondria, the "powerhouse of cells," are aided by this. I was hoping that having more mitochondria would help me feel better. I believe that because the supplement is so new to the market and there have been so few studies done on it, antidepressant effects may be an undiscovered benefit. There will be no such luck. I'm hoping to be in a better position to judge benefits by spring, so I'll revisit this review.
I wasn't expecting much from this supplement, so I was pleasantly surprised to notice a noticeable energy boost when I took it in the mornings. br>As a result, I believe it is accomplishing all of its other goals. br>It's a great bang for your buck for what it does.
This product was purchased to aid mitochondrial function and to supplement the CoQ10 supplement I was already taking. Physically and mentally, Double Wood PQQ has aided me in increasing my energy levels. At the age of 50, I'm still lifting heavy kettlebells, and this product helps me maintain both my physical strength and mental drive to get through grueling training sessions with plenty of energy left over to do everything else that needs to be done in life. I also recommend using their DHEA, which I started using a month or so after the PQQ. In just a few weeks, I was able to train harder, gain strength, and noticeably increase my muscularity thanks to the combination of the two products. Overall, I think Double Wood's products are of good quality and good value.
Since I've been taking it for the past two weeks, I've noticed a boost in my energy. This is a product that I would recommend to others.
The capsules are small and easy to swallow (which I don't mind, but I know it's important to some people). Packaging that is of high quality. I take this 20mg PQQ supplement with 100mg Ubiquinol CoQ10 supplement primarily for cardiovascular protection (I take statins). Three years have passed. I've been taking PQQ for 4 weeks now, in addition to my daily CoQ10 (which I've been taking for years). I can't say I've "felt" a difference, but I must admit that this was not my expectation given my good health and the fact that I was looking for long-term benefits/protection rather than a quick fix for a problem/symptom. br>br>In conclusion - The purchase was a success. I believe the price/quality delivered ratio is reasonable. PQQ has a lot of potential, and I'm hoping for more research to back it up.
