I began with 100 mg and have been taking 200 mg per day for several years. Type 1 diabetes and coronary artery disease are two of my medical conditions. When I was 246 years old, I had a 2095% occluded LAD. Well. , I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the manner in which it was presented. It was so hot outside when I took it out of the mailbox that all of the pills had fused together into one giant gelatin pill, which I couldn't get out of the bottle. br>I had to put it in the refrigerator, wait for it to cool down, and then try to pick them apart. br>Because they got so hot, I began to doubt their potency.

I began taking it before my third IVF cycle because the first two cycles had been unsuccessful, with a large number of eggs retrieved but all of poor quality. The third cycle was significantly improved! After my second cycle failed, I went on a four-month hiatus and supplemented with DHEA and Ubiquinol for nearly four months before egg retrieval, then stopped on the day of retrieval. There were two embryos with normal chromosomes as a result of this procedure.

Ok - This is an update to a review I did last year. I'm a 69-year-old athlete who suffers from congenital disabilities. My longevity doctor uses a variety of scans and blood tests, including Quest, SpectraCell Laboratories, and Cleveland HeartLab micronutrient profiles.
