Contact was made with the manufacturer by e-mail When I asked if I could crush them up in applesauce, food, or dissolve them in water, they replied that it was not recommended, as it would diminish the effectiveness It basically means I have about $30 of useless pills that I cannot return since I cannot use them. I was taken advantage of!.

Because I have tremendous nerve damage in my right wrist, my thumb and index finger do not function properly. I took my first pill today after golf my wrist is sore from arthritis but I am not experiencing any numbness or tingling. I sure hope this continues!.
