Over the course of four months, I managed to gain about 20 pounds using this product. It has always been my problem to be underweight, so I decided to begin exercising for the first time. For me, the most challenging part was figuring out how to. . . Calorie intake should be adequate. I could simply chug one of these after every workout after eating a lot seemed to never be enough. When you chug this stuff, you won't have to endure it for too long, but it tastes really nasty. I feel extremely tired after eating too many calories, so I lay in bed for the rest of the night. I got what I wanted out of it, even though it was kind of miserable.

A serving (4 scoops) of this product a day provides me with enough calories and protein to maintain my daily energy. During my training, I use heavy compound lifts (full body and legs Five by five or three by three) 3xpw and the results are clear. It appears that there is no fat, but a very fit appearance. There's no specific reason to recommend it, it's just an OK shake, not great, but none of these shakes are either. The blend on page 1 is mine. Take 5 cups of water with you. After I have added the powder, I blend it with 5 cups of ice. As well as taking 2 digestive enzyme pills and 6 pills daily, I take this product down The 8HCL pill is used to digest it and break it down. It's great that I have zero stomach issues because beef is one of the few things I don't have an allergy.

Using beef isolate instead of whey amino acids (dairy), this protein powder is excellent for post-workout recovery. The protein shakes are typically high in protein, but this one has carbs and insulin spiking ingredients. With beef, you also get a lot of creatine, which naturally occurs in the animal. As I am not attempting to gain weight, but rather muscle, I only use two scoops (half a serving). There are two downsides to this It does not taste great a chocolate peanut butter sandwich is just fine. I oppose the use of steroid-like models by Carnivore, so this is an issue for me. Since this is a weight gainer, you probably wouldn't want to use it all the time and you might cut the serving size as well. There used to be a supplement from this brand called Secret Sauce which I really liked, but it has since been I recently found something that is as close as I could find.

As soon as I smelled it, I licked my lips. There was a chocolate smell to it. Once it was loaded into the Ninja blender, I blended it. As this was my first load, I used 2 scoops of powder and 8 oz of water, which was the recommendation on the container. The banana, peanut butter, and ice, as well as banana, were also blended and added to the cup. No lumps formed and the flavour of the drink was excellent. The treat of a lifetime. In general, it was worth the money. My starting weight is 205 lbs, so if I stick to a good workout plan I am likely to gain some weight.

My expectations were very high for this product. It is not a whey product. I breakout from whey-derived products, thus this is a great product for me. In the past, I've gained weight with whey mass gainers, but not in muscle. They have much too much sugar or filler, which causes them to leave me feeling tired and lethargic. There are no sugar, cholesterol, and very little fat in this product, so it sounded very promising. Based on the reviews, it seems many people enjoyed this product and got positive results from using I have to say that this product is terrible for my stomach. I am literally scared to fart because I am not sure whether it will be a fart or a shart. It makes my stomach sparkle and rumble like nothing I have ever heard it do In sum, I would say that this is a good product since it does feature a number of advantages. My honest opinion is that it has a very good taste (I believe it is among the best of any protein or mass gainer I have ever There is no difficulty in drinking it The mix is extremely easy to make There is no need to worry about the shake itself being too thick. The first few times I ate it, I felt like it worked It did feel as though my muscles were more full and beefier than before. What ever it is, my body is not agreeing with this product and I am unable to take By splitting the serving up into smaller portions, I attempted to make it work, but everything came End result I have a writhing stomach with intense pain and I am constantly having to run to the bathroom. Despite any potential pros, the one con I have outweighs them all. That would be amazing for me as a mass gainer. However, if you have not tried it yet, I would recommend that you try it You might be able to use it. It was my experience however, and I am just giving you a warning so you can be prepared.

In the beginning, I weighed 169 lb with 17% body fat, so now I weigh 6 lb and 13% body fat. It tastes good, it mixes very well, I mix two scoops in water in the morning before heading out for work, and then two more scoops after my workout. This makes it a total of four scoops a day you can have a total of 50 grams of protein. Mix all 4 scoops at once it will be too thick if you mix them all at once! Here's a suggestion Do all you can to exercise hard, eat healthy, and avoid cheating on diets! This is not magic, but it does work, but you have to do your part, too!.

The protein in this dish is amazing to me. Taking it with a meal or something may solve the insulin spike issue, or take it with whey if you have a problem with it. The blend has all the essential ingredients you need except for that. As far as the negatives of this protein are concerned, I guess I sometimes have an upset stomach caused by the BCAAs, creatine, and spike. When the protein is mixed, it foams up. understand why people complain about the taste, but I rather enjoy all the features this protein offers. In a blender, I put a few ice cubes, some water, and a splash of milk, and I have a delicious drink. I take it in the morning by mixing it with water in a shaker, but I not as excited about it.

To be honest, I actually enjoyed this dish It does not dissolve well in water, but it is fine. Just shake it more, it will dissolve eventually. Unfortunately, I had a problem in that I kept waking up in the middle of the night after taking this medication. My sleep has been bothering me for two or three days now, but I think it may have been the protein drink because I gave it a try for two or three days and cut it out afterward. I might be guilty of trying to be a jerk by making this negative review if this protein wasn't the culprit, but that's how I felt. This is my own It might be worth a second attempt to be certain, but I am not sure.
