Is this something you have to do to make it ?

As for others, I am not sure what they It has been a long and exhausting journey for my husband. Each morning, he eats two scoops of powder and drinks eight ounces of water. One banana, two cups of goat milk, and two cups of nuts have been blended together and no weight loss has occurred. The rest of the day consists of regular excercise, which isn't much, and two very soft fried eggs for breakfast. He doesn't do any exercise aside from what is associated with his daily living. This is an excellent product to use if you need to gain weight while battling illness! After cancer treatment and losing a lot of weight because of a lack of appetite, this product added 700 calories by doubling up and it did not alter the taste or clump up protein shakes

It allowed me to gradually regain the weight that I lost during cancer treatment! The additional calories from the addition of this ingredient to my soups came without any change in the consistency of the soup! It's definitely worth a try (as I suffer from a picky eater, I immediately notice consistency issues in food).

Weight 3 lbs. The jug. Despite its name, the flavor is not in the vanilla family it is flimsy and not extremely strong. So unfortunately, those who want a vanilla shake or a french vanilla shake will be out of luck. LOL I don't care as long as it does the job it is supposed to do. Again, thickness varies according to what you use when mixing it. If you want a thick shake, use whole milk or buy ready-made smoothies that are going to thicken it and add the flavor this lacks. I use water in a shaker and put in 8 ounces and 2 scoops. For smoothies or milk, add cold water and ice or just ice if using a shaker, and you won't have to worry about clumping. Just shake well for a few moments. Although I haven't stepped on a scale yet, it's been a long time since I've drank so I won't be sure of the answer as yet. I still look like I've got some filling in to do, however. Prices are reasonable in this jug because I've seen big brands for more and for less. Three times a day I did two scoops and 8 ounces of water, as well as a smoothie occasionally. If you are having a smoothie, you should purchase big or small bottles of it the same way you would Remember to mix well with ice and shake well to avoid clumping. And finally- I finally found a chocolate protein powder I don't feel queasy after taking! In spite of trying so many protein powders, particularly chocolate-flavored ones, I finally found a protein that is easy on my stomach and does not cause me to feel My favorite part about this product is that it is not only gentle on the stomach, but it also contains stevia, which may have played a significant role in my decision to make this purchase blind

Having done this, I do not regret it, and I have referred others to this as well. As for me, I would like to see another size available, other than what is available at the moment. It is a five-star item for me and I will keep buying this brand or product in general.

I will update in a year or two In the past, I have tried other weight gainers as they give me more calories, but they were incredibly My weight has now increased by the same amount I gained when I started, and I know I'm consuming the best weight gainer. A cup of this with whole milk is nearly 1,000 calories, tastes great and mixes well. The majority of weight gainers contain sugar as their main source of calories. Stevia is used to reduce some of the sugar in this recipe. The vanilla and chocolate both taste smooth and delicious when I mix them with full fat milk using a single mixer machine. I also mix their creatine powder with their gainer and use it. MRM is a leading brand.

During his fight against cancer, my husband lost a great deal of weight. I ordered this for him. It has been 2 days since he used it, but I am not sure if he gained any weight since then. As of yet, I cannot give it a 5 star rating, else I would. It seems he likes the taste (I ordered the chocolate ), so I assume he enjoys It would help him a lot if he gained some weight. Once I have tried it for a week or so, I will be sure to.

Works It's the best price I have seen and it comes free to my door! A wonderful product with great taste and quality. A member of my son's family has trouble maintaining a healthy weight. In this way, he increases his calorie intake without having to exert much effort. Also, he is incredibly picky about the way things taste, so he just loves having it that way. As I searched extensively on the internet before choosing this product, I was happy with the quality of its ingredients. It is a healthy way to gain.

This is a very disappointing experience

It is not surprising that I bought this product, as both weight gain and allergic reactions to milk are factors that I need help with. After researching this product thoroughly, I discovered that it was claimed to be I was always notified it contained milk when I received it in the mail. This product will not be recommended to anyone and I will not purchase it.
