I have used a number of creatines, and this is one of the best. A gym junkie like me should take that as a huge compliment! As a result, it is unflavored. I take it with my pre-workout and it mixes in nicely with no taste. A few of the results I've gotten are as follows. A bench press of 25 lbs. is possible. We gained 45 pounds on squats. It works the same as the last batch I tried from this brand however, it has a rather weird taste that runs over your tongue and leaves behind a weird tangy/sour sensation. If you ask someone to describe it to you they won't get the meaning. By mixing in 60g of chocolate protein with my protein powder, I was able to enjoy a cup of chocolate shake without being distracted by anything else. It works just as it should, I suppose that if you dislike flavored coffee, then this will be a better alternative to try.
