You will be bloated and gain a lot of calories by drinking milk. mix it with water since it is easier to mix and digest. In combination with good training, I can usually see gains within 3 weeks.

Having used this product for over a year now, I highly recommend it. It is not likely that you will achieve crazy gains by taking this mass gainer. Then you will get results if you include a solid diet with it. The weight I weighed when I started taking this was 170 pounds. Before I began cutting, I was able to bulk up to 206 pounds and break the 200lb mark. Even if I am not taking this in the following form after I workout, this is still something I take daily. The Fall will be the time for me to bulk up again. My daily shake intake will be two or three shakes. Would you like to gain something? This product has been added!.
