For a packet, the recipe calls for 16 oz, but I make mine to my liking. I add more water because 16oz still tastes too sweet to me.
In California, everything is labeled with a Prop 65 warning. This is not a joke.
It's on the side panel of the box I have.
I did it during my Chemo treatment. Because it contains potassium, I recommend speaking with your doctor if you are taking any prescribed medications.

It has a wonderful fruity, tart flavor. This is really cool, in my opinion. It has a great fruity, tart flavor that I enjoy, and it isn't too sweet. Some people complain that it doesn't dissolve completely and that some ingredients settle to the bottom, but I don't mind because I usually make this in a shaker cup and give it a good shake every now and then. But you'll have to do it with 99 people. 9% of any powdered beverage, shake, or supplement There's nothing to be concerned about. I tried the orange and lemonade and didn't care for them. The Pomegranate, on the other hand, is absolutely fantastic. I'm on a ketogenic diet, and this stuff helps me replace electrolytes, minerals, and salt that I've lost. Woohoo!.
I recently completed a 29-day water fast, and I learned how important it is to stay hydrated while also getting the necessary salts and electrolytes. You'll eventually crash if you don't get these minerals. This Ultima Replenisher is a fantastic tool. The cherry pomegranate is delicious - I haven't tried any of the other flavors that they offer. It's also less than a dollar. 67/day. br>br>By the way, almost every electrolyte drink you can buy at the store is useless as an electrolyte replenisher. Whatever you want to call it, it's Gatorade. Drink them if you want, but don't fool yourself into thinking they're good for you - Especially if you're fasting. br>br>This is a million times better than taking salt pills (which make me puke) or licking the salt or cream of tartar off your palm. Inquire as to how I came to this conclusion.
It has a great flavor, but it isn't as easy to mix as some of the others I've tried. If you have a shake bottle, that's fine, but if you want to stir it in, you'll need to use a whisk. It takes a long time and the mixture still isn't complete.
Every day, I put this in my water bottle to keep hydrated during spin classes. I do add sodium because I'm on a keto diet and require it. This electrolyte powder has the best taste of any electrolyte powder on the market. I've even mixed it with carbonated water for a quick and tasty diet soda that's free of artificial sweeteners.
It's the only flavor I've tried, and I think it's fantastic. It's not overly sweet, and there's only a smidgeon of pomegranate flavor. The liquid has a cherry hue to it, and the flavor includes cherry. I primarily use the product for energy and to meet my daily water requirements. It adds to the pleasure of drinking a liquid. Try it.
For me, this is an excellent option. I follow the ketogenic diet and adhere to a strict set of guidelines when it comes to ingredients. My doctor gave her approval to use this product, and she was pleased to see that it contained stevia as a sweetener. I'm not a natural water drinker, so I have to force myself to drink it. This is a tasty "treat" that I enjoy once a day. The orange flavor is also one of my favorites. The lemonade, of course.
I've been taking blood pressure medication that causes me to lose potassium through urine, resulting in symptoms that are caused by low potassium levels. What I have been doing is drinking V8 Low Sodium (25% potassium), eating bananas, and taking a Potassium Supplement Pill as prescribed by the doctor. I bought this product and began using it when I first awoke in the morning, and it has made a significant difference. Even though potassium isn't at its maximum concentration in the body all the other electrolytes make a difference. As a result, I no longer experience any symptoms associated with low potassium levels.
This drink powder has a pleasant flavor, but it is extremely granular and comes out of the packet in large clumps. It takes a long time to dissolve. I tried crumpling the powder inside the package before opening it, but it was ineffective. Unlike Gatorade, which appears to stir in well, no amount of stirring seemed to dissolve all of the powder. I'm not a fan of it and won't be buying it again.
