Product Description

Pure Protein: To help build muscle and support muscle repair, our Plant-Based Protein contains a premium blend of three plant proteins: organic brown rice, organic pumpkin seeds, and pea protein.
What's in It: Each serving of our Plant-Based Protein contains 22 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbohydrates, 33 grams of amino acids, and 130 calories.
What's Not In: Our goal is to make it easy for everyone to get the protein they need. Our Plant-Based Protein is sugar-free, gluten-free, and soy-free, as well as non-GMO and free of artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners.
Vegan* Friendly: Our Plant-Based Protein is similar to whey protein in terms of effectiveness and amino acid profile, but it is dairy-free.
Adults should mix 1 scoop (33 g) with 8–16 oz of cold water or a beverage of their choice, such as almond or non-dairy milk, once a day. To get the flavor and consistency you want, adjust the amount of liquid used.

I've found the best plant protein powder on the market! In my morning smoothie, this powder is fantastic
5/5

It has a slight flavor to it, which I cover up with unsweetened shredded coconut in my smoothie. It is a fine powder, not a grit. So far, this vegan protein powder has become my new favorite! I'm not going to buy anything else because I adore this one!.

Protein Powder that is very good
4/5

I supplemented my protein intake with this powder. I have the original, unflavored, so I can use it in a variety of ways without changing the flavor; for example, I make smoothies with peanut butter, almond milk, frozen sliced bananas, cinnamon, and the powder. It looks great, and it's only slightly grainy.

This is a great product; I switched to biosteel a few years ago and have been very happy with it
5/5

I'm lactose intolerant, so the vegan option makes me feel better. I'll keep buying as long as they continue to supply.

I've experimented with a lot of different plant powders
4/5

This is without a doubt one of the very best! I work as a nutritionist and personal trainer. I work out six times a week, alternating between my own workouts and the classes I teach. Every day of the week. I also consume a lot of protein powder because I eat a lot. I've only ever consumed plant protein powders, but some of them are truly awful. I can tell if I'm going to like it by looking at the ingredients. I'm not a big fan of anything with added "greens. " I decided to give this one a try because it had good nutritional values and ingredients. Advantages: br>br>
- Greens are not included (if I want greens, I'll make a smoothie with them). If I'm going to shake it up with almond milk, I don't want any greens. )br>- a good addition to oatmealbr>- does not turn food brown/green and shakes itbr>- a vanilla flavor that is goodbr>- ingredients that are easy to come bybr>- -no sugar -no sugar -no sugar -no sugar a lot of proteinbr>br>a lot of proteinbr>br> stevia (rather than sucralose or Ace K) is used to sweeten the beverage. br> non- GMO
- Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a group of amino acids that are found in veganbr>br>br>br>br>br> Cons:br>br>Mixes wellbr>br>Cons:
- VERY EXPENSIVEbr>- - not naturalbr>- not naturalbr>- not naturalbr>- not It has a play-like odor to it. Overall, it's one of my favorite powders. br>br>In conclusion, it's one of my favorite powders. I'd order it again, but it's so much more expensive than the one I normally get. As a result, I'll continue to do things the same way I always do. However, I would advise you to do so. If you found this review to be helpful, please click the following link:.

Vegan plant protein with a good flavor
4/5

There are only 25 servings per container. There are health considerations in addition to moral/ethical reasons for using plant proteins (vegetarian/vegan lifestyle/philosophies). Plant-based protein powders are typically cholesterol-free and low in saturated and trans fats. This is a crucial consideration for anyone attempting to limit these factors. That nutritional concern is addressed by this protein blend. In a 33g serving, there is no cholesterol and only 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat). The pumpkin seed component is most likely to blame for the fat. br>One scoop, or 33 grams, is the serving size. Yes, it's a fairly large scoop. There are 23 grams of protein in one serving. Although other plant proteins have a better protein-to-serving ratio than 2:3, this is a good amount. br>The product has badges on it that say it's vegan, has no artificial flavors or colors, and is non-GMO. Gluten-free, no GMOs free, Soy-based NSF Certified Sport is a free and prominent badge; however, badges/certifications for GMP and FDA are missing, which is a conspicuous omission in these days, at least for me. br>Only 25 servings are available in the container. In the case of supplements, I believe that servings/doses should be provided in multiples of months. So, unless it's just a sampler to entice/attract new customers, a month's supply is a minimum. br>Photos of real-world scenes, with close-ups, are attached. a few close-ups of the label's key information br>I put it in hot almond and cashew milk and it dissolved easily. The vanilla flavor was good, not too sweet, and there was no aftertaste, making it a good hot protein drink for a cold winter day. br>In light of the foregoing, this vegan plant protein mix receives a 4 out of 5 star rating. With a moderately high recommendation, it receives a 25-star rating.

Although the flavor isn't particularly appealing on its own, it blends well in a smoothie
3/5

When I first opened the lid after removing the outer seal - That protective seal had a few small holes in it, which I noticed. It was in a straight line and appeared to have occurred during the filming of the scene - It was as if a machine had gone "off. " There was some powder in the cap that highlighted the straight line of holes in the seal, which I would not have noticed if it hadn't been for the powder. Whatever the case may be. br>br>Even though I rarely drink protein powders, I always like to try them plain when I get a new powdered product. They're always in my smoothie as an afterthought. I was surprised how much I disliked this product in its natural state. To be honest, I found it quite unpleasant. I would never, ever drink something that tasted like that on its own. However, once I added fruit and a handful of kale, the dish became much more interesting. It had a pleasant flavor to it - It's almost as if you're drinking a smoothie. br>br>I've tried other products from this company before and have always enjoyed them. That's why I was surprised by how much I disliked the taste of this product; if you're anything like me, you'll agree. It's fine to include it in your smoothie.
