hands- Cattle ranching on the deck is a way of life for many people. The ranch lifestyle, however, is not for you. It's time to get rid of the kid. br>br>I'm not a morning person, and I'm not a fan of anything sweet first thing in the morning- However, if I don't get something in my system within the first two hours of the day, I'll be in trouble. I'm going to snack all morning and then eat too much at lunch. This isn't sweet, and it has no flavor. br>br>As a child, I refused to eat breakfast until I was forced to (I realize this is now considered child abuse). ha- ha) to persuade me to do something by a never-failing-to-persuade-me fussing- You're way too skinny. Other than that, I need to figure out how to get rid of the monkey on my back. UP! br>br>I make a 10 oz. mixture with half the recommended amount. I drink a glass of room temperature filtered water with my first cup of coffee in the morning. br>br>I do the same thing with the last half of the suggested amount, which is around ten dollars: 00 a. to keep me from snacking the entire afternoon away I like to combine it with warmed bone or mushroom broth at that time. I always have another drink nearby because it has an odd aftertaste for a while. I'm either a co-author or a collaborator. To help get rid of that after taste, I drink a cup of tea or coffee or eat a small snack with it; the after taste is mild and doesn't last long, so if I skip the extra sip or snack, I won't be gagging and going crazy. br>br>My day begins at 4:45 a. m. 00 a. 7 days a week, 7 days a week, 7 days a week, 7 br>I am not an early riser- Mr. Toad's Wild Ride is an everyday version of getting to the coffee pot and that first cup. br>br>I want quick and simple rote actions. There is no need for any brain cells. I've been awake for the first hour. Having my eyes open while I'm awake. For me, being awake does not imply that I am awake. I don't want to think; all I want to do is work with my muscles! br>For me, this protein powder is the ideal solution. from beginning to end br>To me, I put half the recommended amount in a glass the night before and then just add water while my first cup of coffee is brewing. br>br> It has no flavor and a slight green veggie odor that I don't mind. Because it's thick, I keep a spoon in the glass and stir it as I drink to keep the powder from settling at the bottom. It is very liquid soluble and does not have a gritty texture. It easily dissolves in any liquid- but it doesn t dissolve 100% will sort of turn into paste at the bottom of the glass if I don t drink it quick enough That problem was solved by stirring it as I drank it. br>br>I don't need to dress up my supplements because I can handle some things that would make others gag. br>br>My husband wants it mixed into something he won't notice has powder in it, so I'll do it my way. It is not suitable for all. br>br>For him, I blend it into thick soups, smoothies, and other foods, and he claims he can't taste it at all; the vegetable scent is sufficiently masked that he can't detect it. With ketchup, guac, and chunky salsa, it's a winner. I've also made mayonnaise with it. br>br>When I mix it into these style serving portions, I use 1/4 of the suggested amount, but I combine it with two or three other foods. I tried it with grits and it worked well. Although I couldn't taste or smell it, the green color caused my husband to exclaim, "Oh nope- nope- nope- That will not be touched- That does not resemble food in any way! "br>br>He's a food odorator- If a dish doesn't smell right, it's time to throw it out. It's too much for him to bear. This pea powder's scent is just enough to put him off. I was surprised that I was able to conceal it well enough that he didn't notice. If I'm going out for dinner in the evening, I put half of the recommended serving in a small container, mix it with water right before dinner, and order takeout. I order in the box because I know I'll be able to split the meal in half. I know I won't overeat or feel like I didn't get enough if I put half of it in the takeaway box for the next day and take a 1/2 dose of protein powder before I start my meal.

But I can't say much about the quality
3/5

This product appears to be of high quality - There are no additives or fluff in this pea protein, just pure pea protein. However, despite liking peas, I tried four times to make this work for me, but I am unable to stomach the smell and taste. It wasn't an unusual situation in my case. It's the expected kind of beige color, but it smells like fish flakes, as others have mentioned. Despite the fact that it was mixed with fruit, milk, and chocolate syrup, the strong pea flavor remained. It would make me sick regardless if I stuffed my nose and chugged. br>br>This isn't to say the product isn't good - it isn't. I honestly believe it is likely to be excellent - However, if you have sensitive stomachs and are already picky about protein flavor, it is not for you. Having said that, it's so inexpensive that I didn't mind trying it and either giving it away or wasting some with experimentation, so it's worth a shot.

THE ON-THE-GO MORNING BREAKFAST
4/5

For me, this is my go-to breakfast protein. There will be no more wheat belly! Put a scoop of it in a tall insulated cup with a banana, cup of berries or mango, handful of greens, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 tablespoons unfiltered cider vinegar, 10 ounces almond milk and kefir, 1 tablespoon raw honey, and 5 ice cubes. This recipe yields approximately 24 ounces. I'm guessing it'll be around 500 calories. It never gets old to me. It keeps me going until late in the afternoon. Fiber, calcium, iron, and resveratrol are all included in this delicious prebiotic/probiotic shake. Everything you require, as well as a substantial amount of protein! Eat on the go and save time (once you memorize the recipe). But it's so delicious that I'm usually done before I reach the corner. This was given to me by Drs. Oz. With my own variations, I'm getting a little antsy. Take care of yourself and have fun. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> In August, the box arrived damaged. It was the year 21 and there was a lot of powder on the floor. I'm missing my powder, and the replacement arrived as quickly as the original.

It aided in the attainment of my protein targets, lmao
5/5

I like that it's easy to digest and keeps me feeling REALLY full for a few hours without making me feel bloated; dairy causes me to break out so I went with this one; just keep in mind that the powder does have a chalky texture, which I don't think is as bad as other reviewers claim; I would recommend using this in a smoothie or even protein pancakes; I wouldn't recommend drinking it by itself because it's not the best tasting thing ever; however, it's high A little bit of imagination is all it takes. šŸ‘šŸ».

I only recently discovered that it is made in China after years of use
5/5

However, I intend to purchase it. It has almost no carbs, dissolves well, and has a mild flavor, so I'll keep buying it. I wish they had been more transparent about the product's origins, but profit is king, and I understand why China "sounds" bad. It's ironic that we're fine with Chinese clothing, phones, every electronic device we own, and pretty much everything else, but food is a no-no. Overall, I like it; it's reasonably priced, blends easily, and never upsets my stomach. I've been using it for years, and I usually take at least 2 scoops per day, every day. It's like dessert for breakfast, but healthier, when you combine it with fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, almond milk, a safe sweetener, a spoon of cacao, and a spoon of ground flaxseed. My semi-annual physicals always come back with perfect results, so I'm happy with it after so much use.

This is something I can always count on
5/5

I enjoy a good smoothie, and a flavorless protein powder is ideal because it blends well and allows me to add any fruit without altering the flavor I'm going for. This is something I've ordered before and will continue to order in the future.

I'm not sure about this one
3/5

I've been using Whey protein for a long time with no problems, and I started the Green Smoothie Program a couple of days ago with Whey because that's what I had on hand. The JJSmith program recommended this product, so I ordered two of the two pound containers and anxiously awaited their arrival. I used it in my next Smoothie after it arrived today. I had read all of the reviews and was confident that I would have no problems; after all, peas are one of my favorite foods! I got nearly half down with a lot of effort and small sips, but each sip made me feel more nauseous. Finally, I had to flush the rest of it down the toilet! I'll make an effort to use it because I've invested the money and the program specifically calls for it, but I'm not optimistic!.
