The scoop had become buried in the powder in my case. Two tablespoons of powder are held in the scoop. When I use an ice cube or two in place of some of the cold water, I find that it tastes even better.

The company then decides to incorporate xanthan gum into the formula. The new formula is too cakey and has an unpleasant flavor. br>br> After contacting the company, my order was replaced with vanilla, which does not contain Xanthan gum. When you shake the vanilla, it makes a sudsy mixture. The vanilla flavor is chemically, and there is about 2 to 3 inches of undrinkable suds on top. br>br>I used to give it five stars because it was an excellent product that mixed well, tasted great, and did not upset my stomach. However, because it contains xanthan gum, it tastes awful and causes me to feel bloated and gassy. As a result, I had to lower my rating to one star and would not recommend this product to anyone who suffers from digestive problems.
Due to some serious digestive issues, including major amino acid absorption issues, I recently went dairy-free, and I struggled to find a good DF protein powder WITH amino acids that didn't leave me bloated and gurgling. Frequently, the first powders with three or more ingredients are used. It can be difficult to digest 5 different protein sources in them, but this protein is a lifesaver for me because I've tried so many others that haven't worked out. I agree with others that it is a little too sweet, but monk fruit is always sweeter, and I've already recommended it to several people who have dairy allergies!br>br>The chocolate is easiest to drink on its own, while the vanilla is better with some fruit blended in.
After a shake at a friend's house, I decided to order OWYN chocolate protein powder. This product piqued my interest because of the brand's message as well as the ingredients (vegan, low sugar, and VEGGIES in the mix!). Considering all that it has in it (the veggies) and all that it doesn't have in it (additives, animal byproducts, sugar), it is very good!br>br>I knew I was going to sacrifice a little on taste in exchange for a clean, vegan protein powder with low sugar, but I knew I was going to sacrifice a little on taste in exchange for a clean, vegan protein powder with low sugar. It's got a milk chocolate flavor to it. flavor of ly br>br>However, when I opened the package and saw that only 2/3 of the container was filled with protein powder, I was a little disappointed. If you're selling powder by the pound, make the container the same size, or people will feel cheated. In fact, if it hadn't been so tightly sealed, I would have assumed that someone had already used some of this:.
This is the first protein powder I've tried that hasn't upset my stomach! In addition, the vanilla flavor is significantly sweeter than the chocolate flavor. When I don't feel like eating something sweet first thing in the morning, chocolate has become a more neutral option. at the time of breakfast.
This is the second time I've ordered it, and I'm planning to do so again. This is a great morning shake, and I like to add a shot of espresso for a dark chocolate boost. This isn't the shake for you if you're looking for a complete meal replacement. This, on the other hand, is an excellent morning or afternoon snack. It only keeps hunger at bay for an hour or two at most, and the taste is a little gritty if not blended in the blender, but I don't mind because I use ice and a shaker with a metal ball. As a substitute for Whey protein shakes, this is highly recommended. I was looking for a better option because Whey and I aren't exactly best friends. This is exactly what is needed.
I've had about four shakes for breakfast this week; I'm not a big breakfast eater, but I know my body needs something, and this is perfect because it fills me up and keeps me going until lunchtime. I mix in a banana or blueberries with unsweetened almond milk. It's also possible to use pb powder. Unlike other plant-based proteins, this one blends well and does not cause a drop in my blood sugar. This product is fantastic!.
br>It doesn't have the perfect flavor on its own, but it's not bad, and I'm not complaining when I get so much benefit from it. br>It does leave a lingering taste, but I don't find it to be too difficult to deal with. I've tried a few others, and this one is simple to mix, tastes better than most, and costs a reasonable amount for a natural and healthy protein powder. br>I like both chocolate and vanilla, and I buy both so that I can switch them out for variety. br>I cope with the vitamin taste by inventing new recipes for foods I normally crave, such as pineapple upside down cake or chocolate brownies! br>I combine 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla ice cream with 8 oz. almond or coconut milk, 1/2 avocado, and some kale or spinach to boost the nutritional value. Then, in addition to that, I choose one or two flavor additives from the list and consider which spices or sweeteners would best bring out the flavor I'm looking for. Ground Oatmeal, Frozen Berries or Peacehes/Pineapple, Pumpkin Puree br>br>I also make a pudding with 1 scoop of protein mix and 2 TBSP of Almond/Coconut Milk, with or without flavor additives, Cacao Nibs, Caramel/Mint/Other flavorings, chopped Nuts, dried Figs, Cinnamon/other spices, chia seeds, etc. br>br>For my PM meds, I make a pudding with 1 scoop of protein mix and 2 TB Vanilla with mint flavoring and cacao nibs (almost like mint chocolate ice cream) is one of my favorites. br>I'm having a lot of fun with this fantastic protein blend! br>I believe the price is reasonable, but I'm not sure why we're being charged so much for chocolate flavoring. Because vanilla seems to be increasing in price, I may just get vanilla and make my own cocoa.
I started a 30-day weight-loss challenge, and one of the requirements was to add protein shakes to two of my meals. I researched your brand and was very interested in everything you had to offer because I have some food allergies. When the shake arrived and I made my first one, I was overjoyed at how good it tasted. It not only provides me with all of the nutrients I require, but it also tastes great and is reasonably priced.
