Although Superfood loved the ingredients, taking it multiple mornings in a row simply did not do your body good as far as its cleaning process is concerned. Super foods can be for you if that's what you're looking for. It is not for me to wash off protein powder after taking it. The first time I tried the regular vanilla plant protein I did not have the same problem, but later on I did. It may have been necessary to adjust ingredients within the smoothies so that I found the process more enjoyable.

For the past two years, I have been using this shake and I really like it

When blended with frozen strawberries and blueberries, these flavors are even better than plain chocolate and vanilla. It is great that the shakes are loaded with vitamins and protein and that they are sugarfree, which works great for the diabetic husband in my family.

I also liked the vanilla, which I like a lot. My favorite is peanut butter chocolate. The weight watchers point system is 3 points per scoop. That's what I like most about it blue!.
