Hello there, Elizabeth! These tablets are meant to be dissolved in 16 ounces of water. However, some of our athletes swear by chewing a tablet right away if they get a cramp in the middle of a race. After the race, go to the next water stop and drink some water. It wouldn't be the most enjoyable experience (imagine a very fizzy beverage!). It won't cure a muscle cramp, but it might help you get through one.
It's made up of monkfruit and stevia-based ingredients. They also contain 1 gram of non-alcoholic leaf extract. gmo dextrose is used to aid in the delivery of electrolytes rather than for sweetening.
Why isn't the caffeine content of each tablet listed on the package?
Selected User Reviews For Nuun Sport + Caffeine: Electrolyte Drink Tablets, Cherry Limeade, 1 Tube (10 Servings), 10 Count (Pack of 1)
I used to have a monthly subscription and would go through the cherry limeade like there was no tomorrow. It was fantastic; it tasted exactly like real cherry limeade and was ideal for long runs, bike rides, or simply a refreshing glass of water. br>br>I just decided to cancel my subscription. The new formula is a complete disaster. It has a cough syrup flavor to it. I've tried increasing the number of tablets, decreasing the number of tablets, and so on, but the situation remains the same. Why would you fix something that wasn't broken in the first place? It's completely illogical. Unless and until they return to the original formula, Nuun has lost a customer in me.
First thing in the morning, I go for a run, shower, and then sit at a desk. My calf muscles become extremely tense. I try rolling them out at night, but it hurts so much. I'm also a natural sweat machine, and I don't mean that lightly. As a result, I was finally able to connect the dots. As a result, I began incorporating this drink mix into my daily routine. I drink roughly 3/4 of a 16-ounce bottle. I'll finish the rest after my run, which will take about 20 minutes. When I first begin, I am much more alert and energised. After I finish my run, I shower and stretch my calves. There will no longer be any discomfort. As a bonus, I don't feel as exhausted two hours after a run as I do after a particularly challenging one. This is an excellent product.
So I've been looking for a replacement for Arbonne's fantastic fizzsticks. I've been looking for something like this for two years, and I've finally found it, and at a fraction of the cost, with no pressure to join an MLM! I love these because they don't make me crash or give me the jitters; they're the ideal cure for a 3 p. m. slump. The flavors are fantastic, and if you want a little more fizz, add it to a LaCroix.
My 19-year-old son suffers from orthostatic hypotension, so I purchased these for him. Gatorade was suggested by the doctors, but it contained far too much sugar. Nuun has more sodium than Gatorade, which is exactly what he needs. The taste is also milder, with pleasant flavors. It's great that it's made with natural, non-harmful ingredients. He enjoys them, and the caffeine boost is ideal for college students. Gatorade and Red Bull will no longer be consumed. Mom is overjoyed.
Dehydration is dangerous and can catch you off guard, especially in the winter. This is something I keep in my work bag to keep me hydrated. When I couldn't drink enough water to stay hydrated on a scorching July day, a doctor at work gave me one. It was literally a lifesaver!.
I've tried a variety of powders and tablets, but none of them have worked for me. This, on the other hand, is authentic. I start drinking it 30 minutes before I go to the gym. I notice that I have much more energy and stamina for heavy weight lifting, cardio, or tennis after I top it up just before I start, and then finish it off throughout my workout. br>br>I like the flavors as well. They're light, so unlike "xxxxxxade" drinks, these tablets don't taste sugary and encourage you to drink water alongside your beverage. br>br>As a result, this skeptic has added Nuun to his subscription list. Make a note of it!.
It smelled and tasted like chemicals, and it contained sugar (dextrose), which is incompatible with my keto diet. I'm not going to buy them again and will throw them away. It was a waste of money. Hopefully, this information will be useful to people before they spend money. By a factor of ten, Zipfizz is superior.
"Oh no! Look at all the sodium!" say the reviews, which amuse me. I'm on a high-caffeine, high-sodium, high-water diet because of health issues. These tablets assist me in maintaining my ability to function. I don't care for the taste, so I down them quickly, but the limeade and cherry limeade have grown on me.
