The almond nut chocolate chip has 24 grams of carbohydrates but only 3 grams of fiber. I'm not sure how many carbs you're supposed to eat in a day. That's all there is to it for a single bar.
The warning on the package protects the company from lawsuits if a person develops cancer as a result of eating or using it; this way, you're aware but still choose to eat or use it!

I don't like it and it frightens me; I'm not sure why I should be concerned about lead exposure if I eat it. To me, it does not appear to be "clean" or "healthy. " I'm hoping for a refund right now. After eating one, I'm afraid to eat anything else.
Although they taste good, they are small and unworthy of the price. Simple ingredients allow you to make your own for a fraction of the cost; in terms of value for money, it's comparable to paying a few dollars for bottled water when you could get the same water right from your kitchen sink.
The texture is great; they're like a soft cookie with a few chunks mixed in (raisin, chocolate, etc. , depending on the flavor purchased). These don't have the weird protein or artificial sugar aftertaste that some protein bars do, and I've been eating them as a dessert recently because they taste like a candy bar without the sugar. I would strongly suggest it.
They're delicious, and I'd recommend them to anyone who enjoys the flavors of caramel, butterscotch, or honey. I get a good feeling when I'm in a bar: With a small boost in energy, I'm satisfied. I've had one meal. I've been eating two a day since they were released, and I'm still not sick of them. I wish they were less expensive for what they are, or that there was at least a discount for purchasing multiple box sets in bulk.
I get a fudge-like flavor from the peanut butter chocolate, but it's not too sweet. These bars are to die for! My only gripe is the price, which ranges from $3 to $5 in the store. The cost per bar is $4. Thankfully, they're less expensive here, but they're still around $2. Each bar costs $50. As a result, the price is well justified.
Below are some thoughts:
- I prefer peanut butter as a flavorful base, as opposed to almonds, which are used in most protein bars today. br>- Instead of mixing with soy and other incomplete protein sources, use whey protein as the sole source of protein. br>- The lack of sugar alcohols and the lack of fiber is a huge plus. can taste the difference and there are no GI issuesbr>- It's filling but not quite a meal replacement, but it'll tide you over.
As a result, I went to Tiger Fitness and purchased the banana walnut peanut butter protein bars. I was expecting them to be amazing because I loved the chocolate chip ones, but when I took my first bite, they were HARD AS A ROCK and extremely bland. I believe they sent me an expired box because it was difficult to tell whether the year was 2020 or 2021. br>br>I contacted customer service, who stated that they would replace the box if I was not satisfied. I never got a response to my emails because she never did.
