As far as I am aware, both of the peanut butter bars and the peanut butter chocolate bar list "Water" on their ingredients lists. They do not specifically refer to coconut water in any way on their packaging.
As far as I know, I have never compared how much each ingredient is in the mixture. Your questions can be addressed by email to the company. It is the companies' intention to encourage you to buy their products that they are always willing to answer your questions.
If you wish to keep your CORE bars until the expiration date listed on the package, they must be refrigerated. Obviously, the bars are good for about a week if kept at room temperature.

Upon emailing Core Foods, I inquired what the Organic Natural Flavor ingredient actually was, and this is what they replied It was hard to find out what this ingredient actually is after persistently trying to find out what they were using, however they eventually replied with "This is all the information I can provide at this time. " I can only conclude that they are What would they have to fear by not disclosing that ingredient? The word Sketch is all you need to know.
These oat bars interested me so I decided to write a review. In general, I do not care for granola bars, but these ones are fantastic. To start with, they contain no sugar and are overnight oat bars. All the sugar that is present in the product comes naturally from the oats, chia seeds, peanuts, dates, and pre and probiotics that are present. A refrigerated storage facility is required for this fresh bar. It is not uncommon for me to eat one of these every day since I discovered them at Walgreens. I love the taste of this dish because it is made with great ingredients. A bar like this one is definitely a good choice for someone who cares about eating well.
My mouth is watering just thinking about A friend of mine got me a taste of them at an event earlier this year, and I have been sure to have a stash stored in my fridge ever since. Even though I know these things are healthy and great for me, I'm still a bit skeptical about them tasting good-that's why I love them so much, and I think you should try them, too- It's good for you with its pre and probiotics, and provides you with fiber and protein, but it also tastes yummy and has the consistency of overnight oats in a bar

This bar has a nice flavor but there are many other good bars on the market that are much less expensive.

Our family absolutely loves these bars. The bars are so easy on the stomach that we can't believe they are not greasy. Taking probiotics regularly is something I do, but now that I have found a nutritional bar that contains 1 billion probiotics in it, it has made it so much easier. I really like how they are refrigerated as the bars are so fresh. Then top it all off with organic, gluten-free, etc Does it have no sugar added and is it free of dairy products? I just can't believe how amazing this is. These are also a favorite of mine! The two things I enjoy most are peanut butter and blueberries. Stocking up on more is in progress!.
