It appears to assist me in overcoming my mental fog. I can be reading a work email and have to rehydrate if I'm not properly hydrated. Read it once more. That doesn't seem to happen on the days when I'm drinking my IV Water.

Excellent hydration with a great taste

I've tried all of the Liquid IV flavors, and my favorites are watermelon and passion fruit. Both have a sweet flavor, so if you don't like watermelon or sweet drinks, you won't enjoy watermelon or passion fruit. My stomach is extremely sensitive to fake sugars, but Liquid IV has no effect on me. I use liquid IV during outdoor workouts that last longer than an hour, and it helps me stay hydrated, so I don't feel drained and exhausted afterward! It's too pricey for me.

This stuff is incredible! I can't believe how much better I feel now that I'm taking one bottle of this every day! I instantly feel more energized and awake, and I've been drinking one packet every day when I arrive at work, and I feel great within minutes, and it lasts the entire work day

I like all of the flavors, but my favorite is the watermelon; my only complaint is that if you're diabetic like me, be aware that each packet contains 11 grams of sugar, and plan accordingly.

Watermelon yum yum yum yum yum yum yum I love this product; it's the only one from fit fab fun that I've actually ordered, and I plan to keep it on hand at all times! I've had heat stroke before, and I'm familiar with the signs of dehydration, especially as summer approaches, so when I feel that way, I just fill a 48 ounce Go cup with one of these packets and sip away, and I'm feeling much better almost immediately

The flavors are WAY too strong when used as directed, leaving a filmy salt aftertaste

In addition, no matter how much you use, a filmy, salty aftertaste remains. This is something that would only be used in a desperate situation with severe dehydration. Unfortunately, I purchased two different packages with different flavors, and I am unable to consume them. It's so valuable to me that I'm unable to part with it.
