It would be ideal if it could be obtained in this manner, with less packaging. These small packets and pouches cannot be recycled. It's a canister made of plastic.
This isn't even for a quick gym session or a 5k, to add to the answers. I've hiked and backpacked extensively, and I recently completed a 20-mile hike in hot weather with low humidity. I stopped for a "lunch" break about 15 miles in with a freshly prepared tuna salad. I peed all the water I drank within 20 minutes of the break, my heart rate was in the 170s for a moderate level of effort, and I was dizzy and getting chills. Even though I had been eating salty snacks and drinking electrolytes the entire time, I knew I was low on electrolytes (especially potassium), so I drank half of a packet dissolved in water, as well as a packet of cliff gel (which has a sugar content comparable to a can of coke). br>br>Within 5 minutes, my heart rate had returned to normal, and I had no problems running the remaining 5 miles. br>br>The point is that this isn't for a quick workout, and it's certainly not necessary if all you do is walk to your car. It's designed for prolonged high-intensity physical activity that causes electrolyte loss. Apart from assisting electrolyte absorption, the sugar is required to maintain the level of physical activity in that situation, rather than a concern about "being healthy."
Yes, it really helps with hangovers! It was created with the intention of being a "cure" for hangovers. My only caution is that because it is high in vitamins and minerals, it is best to drink it with food if you are feeling nauseous. I always feel significantly better 30 minutes after taking it for a hangover.

It's used as a filler in a variety of products, including lipstick, chicken broth, toothpaste, and more. Also, even if no gluten-containing ingredients are listed, the product may contain gluten due to cross-contamination. contamination in the manufacturing facility br>br>As someone who has Celiac Disease, I am very familiar with what gluten is and the effects it can have (including cancer in Celiac Disease patients - It isn't a passing fad). It isn't gluten-free, in my opinion. I've only tried two of the flavors (not the Acei) and haven't noticed any side effects. You should be able to use it without fear right now. However, if you're asking about gluten, I'm sure you're aware that the ingredients, source of ingredients, or manufacturing process can all change at any time, introducing gluten into the product.br>br>Again, I apologize for the terrible answers above from people who simply don't get it. They've decided to use pure cane sugar instead of low-glycemic beet sugar for whatever reason! Who wants sugar in their body? No one. The flavor has become extremely sweet, with 11 grams of sugar per serving. It has a Gatorade flavor to it. Guys, return it to its original state and eliminate the harmful cane sugar. Thanks.
I'm so glad Liquid iv was introduced to me by my grandson (a PGA caddy). Dehydration was a problem for me. It was so bad that I had to go to the hospital. He informed his father, my son, that he believed Liquid iv would be beneficial to me. They sent me a few as well. When I showed it to my doctor, he was ecstatic that I would be taking it. She is the one who utilizes it. After a month on it, I have noticed a significant improvement in my mood. Fantastic. I don't have to pee as often because the water is flowing through my veins. I've recommended it to a few of my friends at the retirement home where I live; I'm 91 years old and feel like I've been given a new lease on life. Thank you!.
It appears to be providing electrolytes to me. However, don't be fooled by the fact that it says one packet equals two. 3 liters of water You should still drink plenty of water while doing this because too many electrolytes, like not enough water, can cause bloating. Everything in moderation, of course! Just remember to drink plenty of water while using this supplement.

This isn't your ordinary flavored water. This stuff is incredible. I recently underwent gastric bypass surgery, so staying hydrated is critical. During my recovery, I came across LiquidIV. As I struggled to stay hydrated, it has been a life savor. Unlike other water enhancers that claim to contain electrolytes, this one is genuine. When I was having complications, my surgical nutritionist confirmed this. It was something I informed her of. She did her research and now recommends it to all of her patients. br>br>Oh, and if you like lemon lime, it's delicious; I haven't tried the other flavors yet. I like to make a slushee out of it by blending it with filtered water and lice in my blender.

This is a fantastic product! It gives me a boost of energy and, as it claims, helps me focus better. When I take it, I just feel better, and it's the only thing that seems to help with the dark circles under my eyes! This moisturizes your skin to the point where your dark circles start to fade! It's better than any concealer, lol. This just goes to show how crucial hydration is for your skin. I take one every day, and on days when I work out at the gym for longer periods of time, I may take two. br>EXCELLENT PRODUCT!.
This stuff will help you get rid of a hangover quickly!! This will also help you hydrate after playing intense sports or sweating a lot in the gym; the taste is similar to a saltier version of yellow Gatorade. I can't think of a better way to put it. It doesn't taste great, but it works a lot better than Gatorade or any of the other popular sports drinks. br>br>It should go without saying that you should drink plenty of water while doing so. Because of the salt, if you only drink it with water, you will become dehydrated; however, this product is designed to help you retain more of the water you consume. br>br>I hope this review has been of assistance.
