The product has no resemblance to a diet beverage. It has a very subtle lemon flavor, almost undetectable, and a slight salty taste from the sodium citrate. citric acid is present, but stearic acid is absent. Vitamin B is one of them. C, sweetened with Stevia Leaf Extract, makes for a delicious drink.
This is not the case. It is sweetened with Pure Cane Sugar and contains 50 calories per serving. I've discovered that it significantly improves my hydration. One packet per day is usually enough for me.
Heat, as far as I'm aware, only denatures protein. When a concentrated powder is diluted in water, its molecular structure becomes a solute in suspension. I seriously doubt that adding it to unsweetened tea will significantly alter the suspension. I wouldn't put sugar in it at all. I didn't realize it was so sweet. There were 11 grams of sugar in each serving. That's a substantial amount of information.

This is something that you should have in your life! So, here's the deal: I have kidney stones and am constantly looking for ways to stay hydrated. I was looking on Amazon for home IV kits (yes, I know, that's crazy) when I came across this product. After reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try, despite the fact that it was quite expensive. The product is delivered in attractive packaging, with each serving wrapped and sealed in a ziploc bag. The acai berry flavor was what I requested. In cold water, the product readily dissolves. The flavor was as good as it could possibly be (not bad, but not kool aid-like). This is where the magic happens; I was about halfway through my tumbler when I noticed that I was feeling much better. I had a headache that went away, and I needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (which I never do). I felt fantastic when I awoke the next day. When I told my urologist about it, he had no idea what I was talking about and went to Amazon to look it up. Why doesn't this company partner with that industry, I thought to myself. This is a life-changing product for kidney stone sufferers, and I will be a life-long customer. This is something I'm going to discuss on our forum. I can't say enough good things about this product; I originally ordered the lemon/lime and now have the acai berry, which is delicious! Those who complain about the taste of the lemon/lime should try the acai berry instead. I try to stay hydrated throughout the day, but I'm sure I'm not getting nearly enough water. I don't get thirsty or sluggish as a result of this. I believe that some of these reviewers are overlooking the fact that this is absorbed into your cells rather than simply being water with vitamins. In terms of receiving the powder hard and rocky, I've ordered it several times and have never had this problem.

Liquid IV is an excellent option for anyone who needs to rehydrate quickly. I find that when I'm running errands or doing something physically active, I don't drink nearly as much water as I should, so I mix the mix with a bottle of water and it keeps me hydrated without forcing me to take unplanned bathroom breaks! Anyone looking for quick hydration should definitely try it!.
My impression of the Acari drink can be summed up in one word. yuck. I took two sips and then spit out the rest. I still have the rest of the bag, which I'm hoping to find a home for before it's thrown away. I'm a big fan of Nuun, and I was hoping this would be similar, but it's not. br>br>The only reason for a one-star rating is that it arrived on time.
