You will notice a difference if you include this in your weight-loss plan. It gives you a boost of energy without a doubt. I believe I am capable of doing more and being more efficient when it comes to working out. You will lose weight faster if you do more effective exercises. I believe that taking it in liquid form is preferable, but I believe that tablets last longer and are therefore more cost effective. Also, make sure you swallow it quickly because it begins dissolving in your mouth right away, and if you don't, you'll get an odd aftertaste.

I can't speak to any improvements because I have a carnitine deficiency, so I'm not taking it for the same reasons most people are, but these seem to be working. However, I strongly advise you to try the smaller NOW pills (500mg) and take two of them instead, as these are the largest pills I've ever taken in my life (seriously, they're massive). I used to scratch my throat and esophagus with them every day. I tried taking them with various liquids and larger gulps, but they were ineffective. I'm not sure if I have a smaller throat than most people, but I doubt it, and I've never had a problem with pills.
I've been taking it every day for the past six months. It's given me more energy, made my bowel movements more regular, and reduced my appetite. I would strongly suggest it. I'm 43 years old and weigh 175 pounds. I'm 5'9" tall and weigh 43 pounds. I strongly advise you to do so.
