I'm 55 years old and have normal blood pressure, but my resting pulse rate has always been over 100 beats per minute. 120 Of course, this is bad for your heart over time, so my doctor prescribed Metoprolol, with the caveat that I shouldn't take it if my blood pressure is too low because it lowers blood pressure as well. This alarmed me to the point where I began looking for ways to lower my pulse rate without lowering my blood pressure. Carnitine! I placed an order for it, and it arrived within three days. It was effective after 4 hours. Throughout the day, my resting pulse rate was between 78 and 80 beats per minute. There was a significant difference, but it did not result in a reduction in my blood pressure. However, it did not last 24 hours, and in the mornings, my pulse rate was 120-130 beats per minute. 130 As a result, I've increased my dosage to twice daily. Seven o'clock in the morning and seven o'clock in the evening It's effective! (500mg each) Not only is my pulse rate now normal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and only rises during my workouts, but it also returns to normal within 10 minutes. As an added bonus, it aids in the reduction of belly fat! My tummy is starting to flatten out again, which I love.
Perhaps I misunderstood something. This, on the other hand, is a dreadful price. This is only a week's worth of pills if taken according to the instructions.

I'm very dissatisfied with this outcome. There are only 30 capsules in the bottle, and it is recommended that you take one every four hours. A week's worth of medication is contained in just one bottle. This is something I will never order again.
The top of the label has a barcode sticker that says L carnitine, but the bottle and label say vitamin B6.
The other brand I purchased had no coating on the tablets and was extremely difficult to swallow. There's a coating on these, and they're easy to take.
Consequences are dreadful - Headaches and a dry mouth are two of the most common side effects. I couldn't even make it through the first week, and that was with the recommended dosage.
Even for an adult, swallowing these enormous pills is impossible. Because there are so few pills in the flask, it will only last a week.
