I'm not sure if I've lost my cookie, but after 6 months of using this product without any other supplements, I feel like it makes my head spin after just a few days of taking it, and it also makes my heart rate go crazy when I'm on the treadmill. I'd been doing this for 6 months to see if it was the end. And I am 99% sure I will have some negative reaction to this. I'm fine once I've been off for a week.
