One thing that I believe would benefit a lot of companies would be if they avoided using numbers on their labels such as "7 hours", "5 hours", etc. Results must be seen in accordance with the listed hours, because it becomes an expectation from users. To me, knowing better is the only option. In any case, I did expect more from these energy shots than what they provided. It has a decent taste in my opinion. Anything that contains B vitamins never tastes great to me, despite the fact that it has a lot of B vitamins. In the end, I was able to take fast and get out of it without further interruption. Within 15 minutes of completing all four over the course of four days, I was able to notice that my energy level had moderately increased. It was maxed out at the hour mark. I was able to return to my normal level of energy after just around two hours. In contrast with the 7+ hours implied on the label, this is a much shorter time. Is there anything that we could do to improve this? It will give me at least two hours of energy all day, but I would prefer an even greater boost. While I do like the taste, it could be better. If products like these were made to give you that boost for two to three hours and maybe even more concentrated, they would be far more desirable. There are other sources of energy that I can use that do a better job than this. The VitaminEnergy shots are unlikely to be a good recommendation.
