Easy to use. This caffeine supplement has just the right amount of caffeine. I searched around for 20 mg caffeine pills but found only 100 mg and higher. My interest in mints was sparked by these. I can drink one every 2 hours to avoid caffeine headaches at work while eating them. I find that they are tasty and contain only 20 mg of caffeine. The app is very helpful.
In addition to mints, these products contain caffeine to help with anxiety. It was so useful when I wasn't able to prepare my first cup of coffee today. It took exactly a couple of these before the fog lifted, and I didn't have to figure out how to operate the coffee machine.
