The following is the suggested use* for the first 3 days (the loading One heaping scoop of the stuff to eight ounces of water. Make sure you drink at least 4 glasses of water per day. The results for day 3 (maintenance phase) are as follows Take 1 scoop and mix it with 8 ounces of water. Drink a large amount of water at least twice a day. To see better results, remove water from your diet and replace it with a carbohydrate beverage
The bottom of the container is stamped with an expiration date.

A great creatine at an even better price.
We want to add it to our protein post-workout, or just mix it with water on a day off.
If it gives you what you want, it isn't for you. I suppose I'll make do with it.
The product I just received left me very disappointed with how it was presented. On the outside of the box, there was a barcode sticker over the instructions as to how to use this item. On the other hand, from what I can see in the instructions, a scoop is necessary. This product did not come with a scoop. It was poorly marketed.
