As an adult, I weigh 210 pounds and am 6'5" tall. It was an error on my part to order this product. It looked like I had placed an order for the regular stuff, which I have taken for about 3 years (with occasional Nevertheless, I decided to put it to the test. My exercise began with two capsules taken 15 minutes prior to the start. I am floored! Having just finished my workout, I was pumped to drive to the gym.
