During the past two months I have used this product very consistently. Even though I know better, I did it anyway since my gastrointestinal doctor had just finished blood work to diagnose liver issues. I received a call asking what had changed since my last lab work and I immediately named only one thing, creatine, his exact words were throw it away, my kidneys were in trouble. Despite his strong recommendation, I was not advised to consume it. Taking his advice, the product is working for me, but I will not undergo dialysis as a result.

The same cannot be said for this creatine--this is the first one I have not experienced this with. It is very easy to mix, the contents stay blended well, and there are no heavy sediments to settle at the bottom. I can strongly recommend this product for lifters at any fitness level to enhance physical performance! I've seen a great increase in strength and recovery after using this product for a week now.

Therefore, it is working. It's a great price for a great product. The snow cone flavor tastes like skittles in a liquid form. It is also nice to have blue raspberry in your diet. Creatine works well. Strengthens muscles and increases their mass. Water is essential to your health. Such as, etc. However, what I did not realize is that this has an effect on Just recently have I been able to get my hormones back under control since quitting the depo provera (shot). After that, I broke out in a terrible way for the first time in my adult life. The rest of the story is another matter. wondered what I was doing with my diet to make my skin flare up so badly. It turned out it was creatine. So if you are a male and don't have any issues with hormonal acne, this is for you. My personal experience however, is that creatine (not just this brand) is not something I would take.

We've been using this brand of creatine for 2 months now and have plenty of experience to give a good Based on what I have experienced so far, I have seen some good improvements in both my physical appearance and my performance at the gym. After my workout, I drink a scoop of this after a scoop of protein powder. It tastes similar to a bomb pomp popsicle, and it is really delicious! I also see that they have a bomb pop flavor, so it makes me wonder if I have a spoiled taste bud. Taking creatine prior to my workout gives me an added boost for my next workout and helps my muscles feel a lot better after doing full body exercises for 2 days straight with a day off in between. The book should be purchased again! I'll definitely be buying it The stuff you're talking about is amazing!.

I prefer a taste that tastes more like water than anything else, so I'm glad to find the Snow Cone flavoring to be very subtle. There is no repulsive or disgusting taste to it It is put. While I cannot fully comment on how effective this product will be for me in the long run, I can tell you that I simply do better at whatever workout I am doing on any given day when I am using this product. Also, I have not experienced any bloating, or weird side effects - in fact, I think I am becoming more active overall. I can think of nothing negative to say about this product, except I wish BPI Sports would develop a Creatine product flavored with Rainbow Ice, so please do this soon! It has a great taste! As part of my preworkout stack, I've been using this product for quite a while now. I love the taste, the blend, and the fact that This is going to be a staple in my pre-workout stack for years to come. Bloating is not an issue, nor are any of the negative side effects of.

As a result of reading so many positive reviews, I purchased this product. There was another product I was using, and this product seems to be an appropriate substitute. It does not mix well, however. It does not matter how much mixing took place, there is still a lot of sand like product left in the bottom of the glass. I like the taste of this product, but the smell that wafts out when you open the lid is rather unpleasant. My hand could no longer reach the bottom of the container after I got about 1/3 of the way through it. It may be a different experience for some people, but I can only share what it was like.

I don't mind the matter of personal opinion, I love this creatine. I have never taken creatine before and some people told me it might cause bloating, water weight gain, and upset stomach, but so far, I have not experienced any of those things. The flavor on the other hand does not agree with me. This is so sweet that it is cloying. I am okay for the first few sips, but after that it is really unhealthy. I still don't like it even when I dilute it with a great deal of water. As an alternative, I mix it with water and drink it like a shot so that I don't choke on it. That's the kind of product I'd order Sno Cones are delicious too, just not in the form of sno cones.
