What size capsules do you have?

They are a zero. 75 inches in length and 0.75 inches in diameter 25 inches tall; I'm guessing this would be considered a large capsule at the very least. I hope this has been of assistance. jody

Since January, I've been taking lipoic acid and super ubiquinol coq10 with enhanced mitochondrial support in the hopes of improving my energy levels and overall health. The combination did help me regain my youthful energy level, but it wasn't long before I noticed an unexpected side effect. Since January 8th, I've lost 17 pounds while not restricting my food intake. I haven't worked out in a long time. My bmi is also appropriate for my height, and I am now at my ideal weight for my height. (I had given up and assumed the extra weight was due to my growing age. ) I continued to take the supplements for another 6 weeks to help with general health and energy levels. I haven't been able to maintain my weight loss. (which is good because if I didn't, I'd be underweight by now)br>br>I had never drank water before taking these supplements. Coffee and Mountain Dew were my go-to beverages. I've noticed that since taking the supplements, I don't require or desire the additional sugar or caffeine; instead, I prefer water. (Perhaps that's why I lost weight)br>br>I'd buy from this supplier again, and I've told my family and friends about them.
