Too many negative effects disappointed me

This product sounds good, but the dizziness and extreme fatigue, as well as a headache, are not appealing to me. This isn't how I want to be feeling. I followed the directions and took one capsule once a day for six days, with the worst side effects occurring on the sixth day. I am also not a fan of fuzzy thinking.
