In general, I would not advise having sexual relations in a hot tub. At first, it appears to be hot, but then everything becomes dry and uncomfortable, and you have to push water in and out. Water, on the other hand, would almost certainly wash away the contraceptive, rendering it ineffective.
VCF® should be inserted in a comfortable position. Squat, put your foot up on a chair, or lie on your back are all options. Remove the square of film from the conveniently sealed pouch, fold VCF into a small square, place on the tip of your finger, and push as deeply as possible into yourself without causing discomfort; the correct place for VCF is deep in the vaginal canal on the cervix.
It claims to work for three hours, but it takes 15 minutes to get up and running. As a result, I'd say as many times as you can in two. To be safe, give yourself 5 hours. And each box allows you to use it nine times.
It will not stick if your fingers are dry. As a result, refrain from licking your fingers or the film.

This isn't something we should have to pay for. It's not Amazon's fault, but it's absurd that not only is this not provided by the government, but it's also taxed. People must be treated with respect!.
C pill. I had to stop taking the pill because it caused me to develop terrible ovarian cysts. So far, no pregnancy has occurred as a result of using this product.
As a result, the issue has been resolved. And I don't mind the 15-minute wait because it's far superior to the other birth control options I've tried.
I mean, I'm not pregnant, so that's fine with me. In the heat of the moment, however, waiting 15 minutes is a real pain.
I've been using this product for 13 years with no problems and it's a lot of fun to use.
I had never used contraceptive films before. I'm not fond of it. I could never get the film into the vaginal canal without it melting to the tip of my finger. I intend to continue my search for nonhormonal contraceptives. This was not one of my favorites.
These were a big hit with me. They are an additional method of contraception for me, but they are not my primary method. They're comfortable, and once they're in place, no one even notices they're there. I like to use an empty tampon applicator to insert the film for those who can't get it to stick to their finger. That way, it won't make you sick, and it'll be in there for a long time.
