When used properly or in combination with another form, it can be very effective

This product is both practical and convenient. Finding a way to put near your cervix that is comfortable for you takes some trial and error. It could take a couple of tries to get it right. When combined with another technique, such as withdrawal, it is most effective. Overall, I really enjoy this.
