The little white rubber cover on the bottom, in particular, can become loose, preventing the magnets from connecting and thus preventing charging. br>br>What is my solution? Remove the circuit board and magnets from the charging station by unscrewing the two small Philips head screws on the underside and manually reinstalling them. It's not difficult, and these suckers will last for a long time! I've attached photos that show you exactly what you need to do. This is the second one for my wife - The first one lasted only a few months short of five years. The charger sucks on this, as many others have stated. I previously had one that functioned flawlessly for months. To my surprise, the second one looked identical, but the charger had a blue LED instead of a red one, felt less expensive, and didn't come with a power brick (only a USB cable). The new device died after the first use and will not charge under any circumstances. I'm not sure if there's a seller selling fake units or if quality control has gone downhill, but I'd stay away from this one.
This item has been in my possession for some time. The vibrator was strong and lasted for a long time during the first month; charging it was also fine; I was able to go several times without having to charge it. However, after only a few months, this vibrator has lost its power and only lasts about 10 minutes. making the experience feel rushed, as well as the fear of the toy dying before the climax, which has happened on several occasions.
