I had to give it a shot after receiving it. After doing some housework, I sneaked into the shower to "cool off," and OMG! The first two modes (out of a total of seven) do an excellent job of warming you up. Because of its lipstick size and smooth design, it was easy to insert. As I dared to try the next modes, my knees buckled, and I found myself in a bath (LOL). As my toes twitched and curled, I was so satisfied and immensely cooled off that I quickly plugged in the stopper and began to greatly enjoy my cooling off time.
