Though the idea of a Bluetooth-connected vibrator sounds revolutionary, I cannot get my hands on one. We missed the mark with this one. The thought of this would make my work days easier, but sadly that didn't really happen. There is a constant disconnect between the device and the person controlling it, no matter how close or how far away they are. Imagining yourself a few seconds or minutes into an activity and it disconnects Your partner and you having to close out of the app, send a play request, and start all over again only to have the same thing happen time and time again. Even if the cost were $20, I would be more understanding, but at $200, I would expect the software In addition, the brand has no customer service A big thank you to Amazon.
