I am sending you the specs for this item from the manufacturer for your review on 1/17/2014. 2.1" cock ring (can be removed for a smaller or larger cock ring below (must order separately). A plug harness can handle a plug that has a diameter of one inch. There is an adjustable harness between a 28" and 40" waistline. As you can see in the photos the Max is 40". It is cheap quality, heavy, and has sharp edges it is dyed black and the cock ring is too small it is uncomfortable and pricey The butt plug can only be held in place temporarily.
