Out of the box, it's unusable. It is not possible to return. I'm stuck with a device that was purchased for a specific purpose but can't use it for that purpose. Product has left me disappointed and dissatisfied. If I had my way, I'd start at zero.

Some of the lights are a little flimsy. Although the plastic isn't of the highest quality, it's about what I'd expect at this price. The lights and remotes are in good working order, and the bride was very pleased with it. It's more amusing than seductive.
