I really like the way this plug is A pillow that feels soft but is sturdy enough to not collapse is the perfect combination. I was unable to use the medium because it was too small. This large plug fit perfectly and I am very pleased with it. As mentioned in the beginning, you should choose the medium if that's the size you need. The plug is very easy to insert and locks into place very securely when in place by your upper and lower sphincters. I used it for 24 hours and it is very comfortable for long term use. Its hollow design allows you to keep it in for a long time. I have attached a picture of the medium and large, so you can decide what would be best If you want a long-term stretch that is comfy and long-lasting, then this would be a good plug to consider.

I hope I can swallow this for dinner, but even medium is a tall glass of water. I will have to stretch more before I can do it. It is however of top quality, as it is from Doc Johnson. Doc hasn't done anything to cause me to be unable to use it, but one day he will, so be it - I love it! The tunnel plug has been put to use as a flower vase for the moment!.

My purchase was nice and I am glad I bought it. The tank is strong enough to be easily inserted and it is unlikely to come out easily. Despite this, there were two notable problems One thing left out of the product description was that the through hole is only one inch wide. The whole thing was rather disappointing, to the point that I could not fit in an egg vibe. 3.
I felt uncomfortable on the bottom due to the ripples.

I had hoped it would be easier, but it was quite challenging. It can be kept in place by the ribbed area, Due to its many ridges, it can be a little challenging to keep clean.

The small for me was way to small as it would slide on easily, and the large was totally out of the question. Having said that, this fits well, leaving a number of holes.

In addition to the trio sets with S, M, and L sized plugs, the medium one has more than twice the width of any other plug I've gotten for my wife. The Large is definitely too big for her, hopefully one day I'll be able to use it on her again, but until that time I'll be.
