Because of its smooth and durable surface, this mitt outperforms all other sunless tan mitts I've tried in the past, allowing for a very smooth and quick application. The mitt's exterior has a soft velvety finish rather than being spongy, which helps it apply sunless tan lotion evenly and smoothly. To keep the sunless tan lotion from leaking and staining your hands, the inner material has a durable waterproof membrane. My first piece of advice for extending the life of your mitt is to wash it with cold water and a small amount of detergent after each application of sunless tan and hang it to dry. Because I like to sunless tan all year, I will definitely repurchase this brand.
Due to back issues, I have difficulty raising my arms, and I've had rotator cuff surgery. This product has saved my life because it allows me to easily apply lotion to my back. The handles make it simple to use, and the soft material helps to keep the lotion from becoming too cold when applied. This product appeals to me, and I purchased one for my older sister. I've been using self-tanner for a long time. Through trial and error, I've practically become an expert. I've tried a variety of self-tanner applicator mitts, including rubber gloves, and this is by far the best. It's a lot easier to avoid streaks when you use this method. More control is provided by the thumb. It has a two-sided design. It also appears to be sturdy; with my previous mitt, I had to keep sewing it up, but this one does not appear to be prone to ripping.
Almost every commercial for lotion depicts someone rubbing lotion all over your back. But what if you're a single person? I tried a lotion application tool with a long handle and rollers, but my back was always drenched in lotion. It is actually rubbed in with this product. Although the product does not mention it, at least not that I could find, it appears to be machine washable, which is probably just me because I have arthritis issues. It came out looking fantastic after being washed.
I love my fake tan and have experimented with a variety of tanning mitts. Even the high-end labels (ahem. St Tropez) are of poor quality, lasting only a few applications before the tan bleeds through the mitt and stains your hands, as well as your finger poking through the mitt. I've been using this GAIYAH Self Tanning Mitt Applicator for over a year and I'm still on my first mitt. I wash it with soap after each use, and it's still in great shape, with even distribution and the same sturdy construction. This second mitt was purchased solely to keep in my bathroom bag when I travel.
Moriz tanning foam, I love how smooth and soft this glove is. When I applied the foam to my face, it was very evenly distributed and pleasant to use. The waterproof lining on the inside kept the tanning foam from getting on my hands, and the brown color makes it look cleaner after use. It appeals to me.

Although I have not yet used it with my self-tanner, I can already tell that it is of higher quality than my other tanceuticals mitt. You can't go wrong with this for the price. This mitt is absolutely gorgeous! incredibly long-lasting It's ideal for applying sunless tanning lotion or mousse. I'm not one to apply lotions slowly, but I also don't want to leave streaks. This mitt is incredibly effective. My sunless lotion is applied evenly, and I don't get the impression that the applicator absorbs half of the product (as I do with other application mitts - They seem to absorb a lot of the product, and the mitt is well-made; I like the thumb slot, and it doesn't rip after three uses. In the last four months, I've gone through two mitts (1 from a high-end tanning company and one endorsed/made by a reputable beauty store), and that's after I repaired them with (name brand) super strength glue, which only lasted so long. I've used this mitt every day since I got it, and now I don't have to use it as carefully because I know it'll last.
