Others have said that it's a mix of gel and cream, and I agree with them. It's a lot lighter than regular creams. It is, without a doubt, light. This is the only moisturizer I've found that doesn't cause me to break out. My skin is extremely sensitive and prone to acne. I've never had an issue with my acne-prone skin. It's been my go-to option for quite some time now. for a long time
My daughter has been using it for at least 6 months, and she uses it every night. It appeals to her. Her skin is infected with acne. This moisturizer does not cause her to break out, even though she has acne-prone skin.
It can be used as a standard moisturizer on a daily basis. Neutrogena Hydro Gel and Neutrogena Moisturizer are my go-to products for aging skin. However, I do not use both of them on a regular basis.
Hydroboost Gel Creme is a good substitute. The active ingredient in both Hydroboost and Moisture Surge is the same - Hyaluronic acid is a type of hyaluronic acid that is found naturally in the body. Hydroboost water gel is also scented, whereas Hydroboost gel creme isn't. My dermatologist advised me to use Hydroboost in conjunction with Retinol if necessary. Hyaluronic acid draws moisture to the skin, healing and soothing it at the same time.

So, this lotion, the real one, is one of my favorites. This was recommended to me by my dermatologist because I have extremely sensitive skin. I was immediately enamored with it, and it did a fantastic job of keeping me hydrated. I began ordering it from Amazon and had reordered it at least nine times. I received a jar that was not the same product 10 times, and when I opened it, it smelled strongly of chlorine. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement, and the following jar was identical. I'd used about 20 jars of this stuff before these two, so I knew something wasn't quite right, and I took it to my dermatologist, who agreed that something wasn't quite right. Before I showed my dermo, I tried it for a few minutes to see if the ingredients were the same. Perhaps a new recipe? However, it was not as moisturizing as I had hoped and left my face with a distinct odor that my boyfriend even commented on. I went to Target and purchased one, but there was no scent, just as I remembered it. Amazon refunded me for the jar of whatever it was I was slathering on my face, but be warned: if you get this and it smells like chlorine, send it back; it's not right. I also double-checked the ingredients to see if anything had changed, but everything looked the same. End of story, the product I received either went bad or was not the same as the one I ordered. I'd give the finished product a five out of five, but be wary of what you get. It's a good idea to try target first to make sure it's what you're looking for.
I was given my first jar as a gift and didn't understand the hype until I did some research and learned how to use it. I'm about to order my third jar because I'm in love with it now. Most people, including myself, try to use it as a stand-alone moisturizer, which I believe is why there are so many negative reviews. It's a humectant, which means it works well on wet skin to lock in moisture. Allow it to dry before applying your day or night serums and moisturizers. I think you'll be happy with the results if you try it this way.
This product was okay in my opinion after using it. This moisturizer had received rave reviews from my friends. When it ran out, I went to a local store and bought another container, which was a COMPLETELY different product than the one I had bought on Amazon. I had no idea there was anything wrong with this product because I had never used it before. My recommendation is as follows: Do not purchase any skin care or cosmetics from Amazon. I'm sure I won't be for much longer.
This product does not resemble the original, does not smell like it, and the container appears to be damaged, with a white label covering most of the jar and no protective mastic inside.
I like this product and believe it is exactly what I was looking for in my skin care routine. br>I'm a Puerto Rican hairstylist living in Florida. I don't just put anything on my face because I know how I want my face to look and what I want from a face product. My skin care routine consists of the following steps: Cleansing, serum, eye cream, and moisturizer are all products that should be used after cleansing. Despite the fact that my skin is oily and I use gentle products, I've always felt like my face has a dry texture. I started using a glycolic acid serum, which has improved the texture of my skin. But this gel cream, when combined with the hydra booster and applied before my moisturizer, was just what I needed. Even after using a rich moisturizer, I always felt my face tight, but what I really needed was the water or wetness (hydration), which this provides. br>I bought it because I liked the color blue. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it didn't come with a second cap to protect the product inside.
I'm not sure what it was about this that caused me to have such a negative reaction every time I used it. On June 27th, I received it and began using it that evening. Cleaning and moisturizing my face are two things I enjoy doing every day. This is the only product I've changed; I saw the positive feedback and decided to give it a shot. However, I noticed that it irritated my skin for no apparent reason, and my pores became clogged, I broke out slightly, and my skin became red. I thought I'd have to get used to it, but I'm not able to. I used to use Garnier moister rescue and liked it, but I didn't like how sticky it made my skin feel or how it made my skin feel like it was covered in a layer. I liked how it didn't leave a sticky residue or sit on my skin after I applied it. I've decided to switch to Garnier moister bomb in the hopes of getting better results.
Hydro Boost by Neutrogena is nothing short of a miracle. I've never had a facial moisturizer that I've been so happy with. I received it the day before yesterday and immediately put it to good use. I was blown away by how smoothly it went on and how unnoticeable it was. My skin didn't feel tight or coated, which was even better. Then there was the amazing part: When I looked in the mirror a few hours later, I noticed that my skin was no longer dry and flaky. I assumed it simply hadn't had enough time to dry, but it still looks as smooth as it did in the summertime this morning. This is the first time I've used a Neutrogena product, but it won't be the last.
Well, about four weeks later, I noticed that my under-eye wrinkles and puffiness were significantly reduced.
