THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE PURCHASED
3/5

BUY THIS ITEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! This item is a forgery. Because of the use of this product, I received 1st degree chemical burns on my face and neck. Be careful what you buy online; it isn't always safe.

It's either a forgery or a tainted product
3/5

If you can, just go to the store. Either it was a forgery or it was tainted severely. I've been buying this product at the grocery store for years, and it's never smelled stale. Also off was the consistency. I was forced to discard it. This company should not be purchased from! You can't take chances with your skin!.

Do you have a new recipe? It got worse no matter what they did
3/5

I had been a long-time user of this product and had no complaints when I last purchased it from Amazon in 2018. I just ran out and ordered some more on Amazon, but the product has since been changed. What I got had a strange scent to it, which the old version didn't, and it doesn't do a good job of actually cleaning my skin, which developed red splotches as if I hadn't washed. Because it no longer has the trademark (r) on the side after the brand name, I assumed I had gotten a counterfeit product, but another one I bought from my local Kroger- The same could be said for a family-owned supermarket chain. br>br>Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing this product in the future.

These bottles have developed a sour taste! Purchase from a different vendor
3/5

BUY THIS ELSEWHERE AND ELSEWHERE ELSEWHERE ELSEW This cleanser has been a favorite of mine for the past 7 years. I'm not sure how long these bottles have been sitting around, but they've gone stale. Normally, it smells like fish guts on your face, but these bottles reeked like fish guts. I gave them back to them. They were deposed by Amazon - with even more stench-inducing bottles I'm out $32 because I can't return the replacement. Be wary of the buyer!.

The Foaming One is available for purchase
3/5

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of this product. When I use this to wash my face, I don't feel like I'm actually cleansing my face. My skin has started to break out because it feels like I'm just slapping lotion on my face and then removing it. I'm going to give the Foaming Cleanser a shot and see how it goes. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. I tried the Walmart version of the Foaming Cleanser and absolutely loved it. It was only $3 (Equate Foaming Facial Cleanser) instead of $12 for CeraVe and it's amazing. I'm assuming CeraVe's version is probably the same, so get that instead of this hydrating one. But if you can, try the Equate brand because it's a lot cheaper and, according to some sources, it's even better.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
5/5

This cleanser is exactly what it claims to be! Cleanser that hydrates the skin. It moisturizes my skin better than any other method of cleansing. In fact, my husband, who suffers from recurrent eczema breakouts on his face, uses this face wash to soothe the hot, itchy skin. It has the eczema association's seal of approval, which says a lot. br>br>THIS PRODUCT CANNOT BE USED TO REMOVE MAKEUP. This product, contrary to other reviews, is intended to cleanse your skin. You should remove your makeup and then wash your face; otherwise, you will be moving the makeup around on your face rather than removing it. However, none of this has anything to do with the product. br>br>Cerave has introduced a new line of products for my husband's skin that he can use without a prescription. This cleanser also replenished my skin's hydration after it had been depleted following childbirth. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. br>br>.

Moisturizing, Dermatologist Recommend User with a long history
5/5

It's important to note that the Hydrating formula is not a sudsy cleanser. If bubbles are your thing, this isn't for you (and those bubbles aren't either). This is an excellent cleanser for normal, dry, sensitive, or combination skin at a reasonable price. When I put on make-up, I use a make-up brush to put on my make-up. make-up remover for eyes- (Because of seasonal allergies, I only use waterproof mascara (Go Lancome Bi-Facil)). Facil Makeup Remover) but it will clean your skin after you've removed your makeup. If you don't plan on wearing long-sleeved clothing, This will remove make-up (except mascara) that has a long lasting style. up - I don't rub it in my eyes, so I use an eye makeup remover even if I'm not wearing waterproof mascara or eye shadow). br>br>I've been using it for over 25 years, and despite using a toner afterward, the cotton pad RARELY has any trace of left-over makeup. over makeup, and if it does, it's because of a user error; To put it another way, I didn't clean my hairline or neck well enough. If you're wearing a long-sleeved shirt, I recommend removing your makeup with a miscellar water makeup remover or a good makeup remover wipe (LA Fresh makes AMAZING individually wrapped makeup wipes - No more dried-out wipes on your eyes and face before using the cleanser (even if you store it face down). br>br>I'm aware that CeraVe has sensitive-specific and oily-specific products. formulas that are specific I've never used them, so I can't comment on how well they work. I wasn't impressed with the other CeraVe products, but this hydrating cleanser leaves you feeling clean and refreshed (without feeling stripped).

It dries out your skin and makes your face look worse than before you used it
3/5

Just prior to purchasing this product, I began using their Itch Relief cream. It appeared to work at first, but after about a week or two of use, my neck was only getting worse in terms of dryness and becoming worse after use. While I was under the impression that the cream was working, I heard that this company was superior to most store-bought and over-the-counter brands. I was interested in trying out a new facial cleanser. "Hydrating" is written in this way. ", as well as how the description says " Face makeup, dirt, and excess oil are all removed, and 24-hour protection is provided. hydration for an hour and a moisturized, non-sticky finish The feeling is greasy. "It's all a bunch of BS. " My skin was irritated, red, burning, extremely dry, and so on after only three days. Perhaps the business used to be at the top of the list of reputable companies. a list of top brands The only list this company and facial cleanser are making today is the **** list, which you can guess is a four-letter word. (Hint: The letter S is at the beginning of the alphabet.
