Since this company has a great reputation, I was excited to try this wax warmer. However, it's the same type of warmer and beads as cheaper warmer kits that I can find on Amazon, just more expensive. I am unhappy with the product and I cannot return it because I already There are two complaints to make I woke up in the morning to a very strong wax scent that lingered in my bathroom. Is the pink wax very strong tiki drink-scented? It only works on a very limited number of areas on my body, so I waxed different parts of my body so I could give a fair review. Although it grabbed some hair from the roots when applied in a thick, firm layer with a nice lip, it didn't make any real difference. The next thing it did was grab the top portion of the plant. The hard waxes you can purchase at beauty supply stores are better than the ones you can get at drugstores. The wax kit claims to be better than other wax kits and brands, but it's just good marketing. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with this product.

One was requested for Christmas by my daughter. I found the blue wax to work best it did an ok job on her fine leg hair and an excellent job on my very thick and The wax strips should be applied properly leaving a thick lip at the bottom, as demonstrated in a number of YouTube videos. Amazon has already notified me that I need to order more blue wax. It was painful, but we had good results with our upper lip! Providing the pot temperature was found to be right, I didn't have any issues with fluxing the pot once the temperature was reached.
